Dreams do come true! Gavin and Allison's favorite vacations were always to the Virgin Islands in their "PK" days (pre-kid). We settled down in Colorado and started a family - and all of sudden we weren't traveling to the Virgin Islands anymore... We love the mountains and snow in Colorado, but longed for our vacations to the soft sand beaches of St John. In 2022, with kids finally old enough to travel, we found an amazing villa for sale on St John. We took the plunge and bought it! We wanted to be back on St John every year and have our kids experience such a special place.

If you're reading this, we hope you consider staying at our villa! We think it is located in a perfect spot - close enough to stroll to Cruz Bay shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to Frank Bay for a quick snorkel, but not so close into town you have all the extra noise and commotion. In addition, the views from our condo are second to none!
